德煦检验中心综合理化室配有自动凯氏定氮仪、通风柜、旋转蒸发仪、超纯水处理仪、超声波清洗器、杂质度过滤机等仪器以及各类检验器皿等、主要承担样品前处理以及食品蛋白质、脂肪、不溶性膳食纤维、脲酶活动性等项目的测定。
The integrated physical and chemical lab is equipped with fluorescence photometer, auto kjeldahl apparatus, ultraviolet spectral photometer, ventilationhood, rotation evaporation instrument, ultra pure water treatment apparatus,
ultrasonic wave cleanser, impurity filter and various testing vessels. The lab is to test ,protein, fat, insoluble dietary fiber, urease active, nitrate, nitrite within the food.
