德煦检查中心引进日本岛津气相色谱仪。气相色谱仪可以检测食品中脂肪如亚油酸、亚麻酸、二十二碳六烯酸（DHA）和花生四烯酸（ARA）以及碘、农药残留等指标。同时还配有荧光分光光度计和紫外分光光度计等检测仪器、可承担食品中维生素C以及硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐等项目的检测。

The fluorescencespectral photometer ultraviolet spectral photometer and other precision testing instruments undertake the  inspection of nitrate, nitrite and vitamin c within the food and so on.
